BY ACCESSING, USING, VIEWING OR MAKING A RESERVATION THROUGH THIS SITE, YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO EACH AND ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES IN THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT MODIFICATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SITE OR MAKE A RESERVATION. If you are not an authorized user, and if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please leave the Site immediately.
The documents, data, information and other materials (collectively the "Materials") contained on this website (the "Site") are provided by Manaf Hotel Suites, operated by International Investment Plus LLC ("the Company"), exclusively for prospective and confirmed guests to inquire about or make accommodation reservations and related services and for no other purpose (collectively, "Authorized Users").
The Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Materials and the Site are offered at any time without prior notice.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you). You also warrant that all information supplied by you in using this Site is true and accurate, without limitation to any false or fraudulent reservation.
You agree that the reservation facilities of this Site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this Site may result in your being denied access to such facilities.
For any reservations or services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including but not limited to payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment through secure payment links provided by the Company. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link to secure your reservation. The Company reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
Room rates are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR) and are guaranteed only in this currency. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per Omani law.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be requested subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued photo identification (passport or Omani ID) is mandatory at the time of check-in for all guests.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner throughout their stay. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or require guests to vacate the premises immediately without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to other guests or staff.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The Company reserves the right to charge the guest's payment method for repair or replacement costs of damaged property.
Smoking is prohibited in all suite rooms and indoor areas. Violations may result in cleaning fees charged to the guest.
This Site is to be used by Authorized Users for personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited. If you are currently an Authorized User, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Materials solely for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
You agree not to: (a) copy, display, modify, reproduce, or otherwise transfer any of the Materials to any third party without the prior written permission of the Company; (b) interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Site; (c) use or attempt to use any device, software or routine which interferes with the proper functioning of the Site or any transactions being offered through the Site; (d) transmit files, data or other materials containing a computer virus, corrupted data, or other harmful components; (e) deliver any communication to or through the Site which violates any local, state, federal or international law; (f) deliver any communication to or through the Site that contains defamatory, libelous, abusive or obscene material; or (g) deliver any communication to or through the Site that will infringe upon the rights of any third party.
This Site and the Materials contain and reference trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of Manaf Hotel Suites and/or International Investment Plus LLC. No license or right to or in any such trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights is granted to or conferred upon you.
All contents of this Site are the copyrighted property of International Investment Plus LLC and are protected by Omani and international copyright laws. You may not remove any copyright, trademark notice or proprietary notices from the Materials, or use the Materials or this Site except as permitted in this Agreement.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the guest's stay, except where such loss or damage is directly caused by the proven negligence of the Company or its employees.
The Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where provided and to maintain adequate travel insurance.
The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
