Cancellation & Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THIS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all reservations made at Manaf Hotel Suites, operated by International Investment Plus LLC. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed through payment via secure payment links provided by Manaf Hotel Suites. Your reservation is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking.

You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment has been processed. Please review your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Cancellation Period:

• Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any payment processing fees.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to manafhotelsuites.iip@gmail.com or by phone at +968 96392120, +968 91236326, or +968 24505566.

Late Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellations made on the day of check-in or within 24 hours of check-in will result in 100% charge with no refund.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation notice (no-show), you will be charged the full amount of your entire reservation with no refund. The reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the room will be released for other guests.

In case of unavoidable circumstances preventing your arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the nights already stayed plus one additional night's accommodation fee. No refund will be provided for unused nights unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by management.

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Changes to reservations may result in rate differences, which will be charged or refunded accordingly.

If your requested modification cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation policy will apply if you choose to cancel.

SPECIAL RATES AND NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Certain promotional rates, advance purchase rates, or special offers may be designated as non-refundable at the time of booking. These reservations:

• Cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances
• Must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Are clearly marked as "non-refundable" during the booking process
• Are subject to 100% charge in case of no-show or early departure

Please carefully review the specific terms and conditions associated with your booking rate before confirming your reservation.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings (3 or more rooms for the same dates) may be subject to different cancellation terms. Group booking policies will be communicated separately at the time of reservation and may include:

• Extended cancellation notice periods
• Deposit requirements
• Graduated cancellation charges based on proximity to arrival date

REFUND PROCESSING

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request approval. Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Payment Processing Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors (typically 2-3% of the booking amount) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.

Currency Conversion: If your booking was made in a currency other than Omani Rial (OMR), refunds will be processed in the original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between booking and refund dates may result in variations in the refunded amount.

CANCELLATION BY MANAF HOTEL SUITES

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as overbooking, property damage, or force majeure events), we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible via email and phone
• Provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including any processing fees
• Make reasonable efforts to assist in finding alternative accommodation of comparable standard (subject to availability)

Our liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of amounts paid. We are not responsible for any consequential losses, travel expenses, or other costs incurred.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or acts of God), the following provisions apply:

• If government restrictions or travel bans prevent your arrival, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a credit voucher valid for 12 months
• Standard cancellation charges may be waived at management discretion based on the specific circumstances
• Documentation may be required to support force majeure claims

DAMAGE AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Any damage to hotel property, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking violations, or unauthorized additional guests during your stay will result in charges to your payment method on file. These charges are separate from cancellation fees and are non-refundable.

We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and subject to the jurisdiction of Omani courts.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, and unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can protect you from financial loss due to unexpected events that may require you to cancel or modify your reservation.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a reservation at Manaf Hotel Suites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy forms part of your booking contract with International Investment Plus LLC.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Changes will apply to reservations made after the modification date. Existing reservations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
