This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all reservations made at Manaf Hotel Suites, operated by International Investment Plus LLC. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed through payment via secure payment links provided by Manaf Hotel Suites. Your reservation is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment has been processed. Please review your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation notice (no-show), you will be charged the full amount of your entire reservation with no refund. The reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the room will be released for other guests.
In case of unavoidable circumstances preventing your arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the nights already stayed plus one additional night's accommodation fee. No refund will be provided for unused nights unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by management.
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Changes to reservations may result in rate differences, which will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If your requested modification cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation policy will apply if you choose to cancel.

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request approval. Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Payment Processing Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors (typically 2-3% of the booking amount) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
Currency Conversion: If your booking was made in a currency other than Omani Rial (OMR), refunds will be processed in the original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between booking and refund dates may result in variations in the refunded amount.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as overbooking, property damage, or force majeure events), we will:

In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or acts of God), the following provisions apply:
Any damage to hotel property, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking violations, or unauthorized additional guests during your stay will result in charges to your payment method on file. These charges are separate from cancellation fees and are non-refundable.

We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and subject to the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, and unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can protect you from financial loss due to unexpected events that may require you to cancel or modify your reservation.
By completing a reservation at Manaf Hotel Suites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy forms part of your booking contract with International Investment Plus LLC.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Changes will apply to reservations made after the modification date. Existing reservations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
